Auctor Evolution

Auctor evolved from a consulting venture founded by information
technology industry executives in 1989. Auctor Corporation was
formed in 1991, and originally operated as a holding company
with diverse divisions focused in software development, network
integration, hardware, training, and consulting.
In 1991, Certified Systems became part of the Auctor family of
companies. Certified Systems, established in 1985, designed,
developed, and supported a certified information system for the
Child Support Enforcement Program (Title IV-D).
Today, Auctor’s exclusive corporate focus is serving the needs
of organizations administering the Child Support Enforcement
Program. Drawing on our diverse foundation and on sixteen years
of service to the child support enforcement community, we
provide software, operations outsourcing, performance-improving
consulting, and training development and delivery. We currently
provide support to four jurisdictions, including complete
outsourcing of the information systems (IS) function on two
statewide contracts. Our personnel, uniformly and with passion,
describe their jobs as “helping children and families.”
