Products
The Auctor Framework for Advanced Software and Technology (FAST) is a new approach to replacing or updating legacy case management and financial systems. FAST consists of 1) extensive core business functionality and technology components from best practices experience on dozens of client engagements and 2) powerful tools to extend and configure the framework capabilities. FAST provides a comprehensive commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) solution designed specifically for rapid and cost-effective build-out of program-specific solutions. FAST is particularly well-suited for use in Health and Human Services organizations.
FAST is built with technology that stores data elements, work flow and business rules, screens, reports, and batch processes for a system in a Knowledge Base. This Knowledge Base can be used to generate and deploy systems in a client’s choice of technical and database environments.
CS-FAST is a child support specific solution built using FAST that gives child support organizations a head start on updating or replacing their existing systems. CS-FAST contains OCSE-required data elements and basic child support systems functionality.
Services
In addition to our products, Auctor offers a suite of performance and learning services focused on “the people side of technology”. Services are provided either concurrently with the CS-FAST implementations or in the course of consulting engagements for productivity improvement initiatives.
- STAR (Steps to Achieve Results) is our breakthrough implementation approach – methodology and tools specifically designed to complement a framework-based solution. STAR has elements for both system development and system installation and is structured to extensively involve non-technical workers. STAR makes system implementation manageable and reduces the risks associated with change.
- In independent consulting engagements, Auctor helps CSE organizations to rapidly identify and efficiently implement outcome-enhancing changes. We help uncover the true causal relationships between routine operating procedures, system entries, and key status indicators. Performance improvement follows when front line workers and their supervisors understand the links between daily activities, management expectations, and performance measures.
